The provincial government is once again offering free online courses to learn Spanish.
Provincial deputy Juan de Dios Navarro noted that they are for official residents from the European Union ‘and other countries’.
Prospective students ‘have to be on the municipal register (padrón) of a town in Alicante province’ to qualify.
