For more than 50 years Costa Blanca News has been covering breaking news from Alicante province and the rest of Spain, as well as features and useful information about living in Spain.

Founded in 1971 by Brian Sumner, the Costa Blanca News started life as an English page in the Ciudad newspaper in Alcoy.

Following eager acceptance the single sheet Ciudad soon became a newspaper in its own right and Costa Blanca News was born in 1973.

A weekly publication, Costa Blanca News is in the shops every Friday and is sold from Mazarrón to Castellón and in local airports.

Costa Blanca News covers local news from Alicante province and surrounding areas in English, plus many features for all tastes and interests.

Our supplement the Costa Living includes the Med TV Guide, advice on life in Spain, recipes, walking routes, a nature page, and much more.
