OVER 200 Jávea fire victims went to a meeting this week to learn about cash help for rebuilding their lives – only to go home disappointed.
Even for those whose entire houses were destroyed, most of which were in the Granadella Park, the maximum they can claim is €15,000 – and even then, they have to be on a low income.
