FIGURES released this week by the tax office (Agencia Tributaria) show that it will be handing back €10,858 million to taxpayers who filed their returns for 2015.
A spokesman said that 14.67 million people filed returns for last year, a rise of 1.5% over 2014, and that the amount of rebate has increased by 2.4%.
