THE recovery of the Spanish property market was confirmed with week as March sales figures were 16.8% higher than the same month last year and figures for 2015 show that 20% of buyers were foreign nationals.
Once again British buyers lead the way as 20.6% of the overall foreign buyers were Britons. French (8.8%) and Germans (7.5%) follow at a distance.
