Málaga town hall has issued a seasonal reminder that it is illegal for fireworks to be sold by street traders. In addition, any shop selling fireworks must have prior authorisation. It is also illegal for any pyrotechnics to be let off in public streets and anywhere which is less than 300 metres from the nearest tree or building.
