FOLLOWING news released last week of a possible parking fine scam in Calpe, the Guardia Civil are investigating nine people, all employees of the company in control of the blue parking zones, for alleged fraud and dishonesty. In March this year, the Guardia Civil were made aware of several alleged irregularities committed by some employees of the blue zone concessionaire. This was especially apparent when a vehicle had either exceeded a time limit, or did not have a ticket.
