Spain has not increased its anti-terrorism security level despite the Barcelona and Cambrils (Costa Dorada) attacks – it stays at level four (maximum of five meaning attack is imminent). However, security has been increased in public transport hubs and tourism resorts such as Benidorm where National Police were seen yesterday (see photo) patroling the access to Levante beach promenade.
