A WEEK after the death of Kirsty Maxwell was addressed in the UK Parliament, a judicial breakthrough came for her family when the investigating judge accepted their lawyer’s appeal for police to locate and analyse the clothes that she was wearing the day she fell to her death from the balcony of a 10th-floor holiday apartment in Benidorm.
