‘New normality’ comes to Alicante airport


Thermal imaging cameras are being installed at Alicante-Elche airport to check the temperature of passengers arriving on international flights.

An airport spokeswoman told Costa Blanca News that this is just one of the measures being brought in at El Altet to provide security in the continued fight against the coronavirus.

She explained that the first of the fever screening cameras is already operational.

  1. I came to spain in march with acase for the hold onthe plane also hand luggag up to 10kgs .Am I allowed to return to the uk on 16th july with thr hand luggage I am flying with jet 2.
