Action to resolve high-rent headache in Jávea


A total of 153 social homes are to be built in Jávea.

The town hall is handing over municipal land to the regional government for the project, with around €26 million available from EU funds.

Mayor José Chulvi said the initiative would tackle one of the biggest problems facing young people and workers on low wages – which is the access to affordable housing.
