A 70-year-old man was arrested by police in Benalmádena last Thursday, after he used a hammer to smash the windscreens and mirrors of cars in an apartment block’s car park on Avenida de la Constitución. He caused damage to 14 vehicles, and the National Police are now carrying out a report and contacting owners to find out the total value of the damages. The man is reported to suffer from Alzheimer’s.
