Immigration and Brexit

I read the article in the Costa Blanca News by Irene Bodnarec and although some of the points made were in my opinion quite relevant, I think the issue of immigration may well have contributed to some extent on the referendum result.
No mention was made in the article as regards the 350 million sterling paid each month for the privilege of being a member, which could be very usefully used in the UK towards funding much-needed areas of finance, apart from the very real need for the UK to regain self-government and, above all, its sovereignty – and lo, we might be able again to buy curved cucumber.
