Rosie’s family consider appeal over verdict

THE FAMILY of tragic Rosemary (Rosie) Broadwell have voiced anger after a verdict of homicide was recorded in the trial of her killer, Charlie Bevill-Warcup.
Costa Blanca News understands that they are considering appealing the jury’s decision which did not take into consideration the alleged aggravated circumstances of the fatal assault.
