The procedure to declare assets held outside of Spain via the notorious Modelo 720 form will be modified by the government after aspects if it were declared to be against EU law.
Minister for the treasury María Jesús Montero said the legislation will be changed in line with a recent judgment from the Court of Justice of the European Union.
