Real Madrid held a spectacular celebration of thier 11th European Cup (Champions’ League) title at the Bernabeu Stadium on Sunday night – with carried on form festivities in Milan and the Cibeles fountain back in Madrid after the match.
Real Madrid defeated neighbours Atlético in the penalty shoot-out after the final concluded 1-1.
