ORGANISERS of Torremolinos’s bourgeoning gay pride festival have joined forces with their counterparts in Madrid in an effort to create an LGBT-tourism bridge between the two municipalities.
Madrid’s AEGAL gay and lesbian business association and Plataforma Pride Torremolinos last week penned a twinning agreement that, among other things, aims to offer tourists who travel to Madrid’s 2017 World Pride event the possibility of completing their trip with a sun-and-sea getaway in the Costa town.
