What is the situation with the carbuncle of a building overlooking the beach? Rumours abound in the area with regards to its future, from completion shortly, to awaiting demolition down to the correct level before it can be completed.
It provides much amazement and discussion from the many tourists that visit the area. Your input and or investigation would be welcomed from so many living locally.
