So John ‘had’ to take another flight with Ryanair? Maybe because of the price? Sounds like crocodile tears to me.
If he’d paid more he could have used an airline which uses an airbridge instead of Ryanair’s stairways.
His solution is simple: plan your journeys and use another airline – but, of course, he will have to pay more!
