THE PLAN to protect the few remaining areas of virgin coastline in the Valencia region has been presented by the regional government.
There are seven areas in Alicante province which will benefit.
These are in Jávea, Benissa, Altea,Villajoyosa, Benidorm, El Campello, Santa Pola, Elche and Torrevieja.
