While an unregulated dump near Nerja remains under investigation, a country road has been closed by a pile of rubble. The only access to Barranco del Viejo on the Frigiliana border was blocked by large boulders in an area reported to have been used for illegal disposal of building waste for a decade. The town hall says the prosecutor and the police have been advised.
