STATE weather agency AEMET has issued a yellow alert for snow for the north coast of Alicante province and the interior.
This starts on Wednesday night at 00.00 (midnight) and runs for 24 hours.
They warn that this will be accompanied by gale force winds from the north-east and rough seas with waves of up to four metres.
