TWO men died on Sunday morning when the light aircraft they were flying hit overhead power cables close to the Valle del Sol urbanisation and the airfield in Muchamiel and crashed to the ground.
The pilot of the aircraft was from Villena and his companion on the flight was a resident of Gandia.
