LAURA Hillstead, the Teulada- Moraira councillor for international resident relations, handed the recently written Brexit motion over to Spain’s Prime Minister, Mariano Rajoy, last Friday. The motion aims at safeguarding the rights and obligations of British nationals in Spain and Spanish nationals in the UK, post Brexit.
