A man who was allegedly growing a marijuana plantation located just a few metres from Rafal local police station has been arrested by the Guardia Civil.
Officers on the local force started to notice the characteristic smell of the drug towards the end of January.
It seemed to come from inside an apparently disused building which the Guardia Civil put under surveillance.
