THE Gerald Brenan House in Churriana – the former residence of the famous British writer and hispanist – is set to launch a photography exhibition featuring images of Brenan and his friends and associates in the area from the 1960s.
The exhibition, ‘Brenan Íntimo(s)’, showcases 18 never before displayed photographs by British painter Anne Wright, who like Brenan lived on the Costa del Sol during the 60s. At the inauguration of the show this Friday, November 4 at 7pm, there will be a guided tour of the works, in English as well as Spanish.

The exhibition runs until February 1, open Wednesdays and Thursdays from 4pm to 9pm and Fridays from 11am to 2pm and 4pm to 9pm. Later on, it will travel to several towns around the province, which remain to be announced.
