THE EUROPEAN Union is preparing to take action over Spain’s notorious Modelo 720 asset declaration process.
The European Commission (EC) published a notice in the official journal of the European Union this week which calls on the Court of Justice of the EU to condemn Spain for issuing ‘disproportionate’ fines.
