THE EUROPEAN Union Court of Justice condemned Spain to pay a multi-million euro fine on Wednesday for delaying the adaptation to European regulations of systems for the purification of urban waste water in 17 municipalities of the country, including Teulada.
The towns of Peñíscola and Benicarló are also included in the list of conflicting points.
