The British government has announced it will invoke article 50 triggering the Brexit process on Wednesday March 29. Theresa May thus fulfils her promise of starting negociations ‘at the end of March’. Talks are expected to last at least two years and the definite Brexit date could be March 2019. British expats living in Spain now hope the PM will also fulfil her promise to make their rights a top priority in the negociations.
