A TOTAL of 270 cameras are being installed on roads around the country which are specially designed to trap motorists using mobile phones or not wearing seatbelts.
A national traffic department (DGT) spokeswoman told CBNews that the high-resolution cameras can clearly record the face of the driver or passengers and the traffic offence they are committing.
