Emergency crews were called out late on Saturday to find 45 hill-walkers who had become lost in the upper reaches of the Higuerón river, near Frigiliana. The group, which included children, were in a deep valley at high altitude and it took two hours to find them and then bring them to safety. All were reported to be in good health and without injuries.
