A 55-year-old man was arrested in Marbella last week on charges of exhibitionism after he allegedly pulled his pants down and masturbated while sitting on a park bench at a children’s playground. The National Police received a call at 5.30pm on Thursday reporting the incident, which happened while a number of children were playing in the area.
