The La Catarina craft brewery in Marbella has won a top prize at the eighth Barcelona Beer Challenge event, which saw the participation of more than 1,000 artisan beers from Europe, the United States, South America and Asia. The brewery’s Sierra Blanca beer won the Gold Medal in the American Wheat Beer category.
