Andalucía’s Sports Business Association (AEDA) has started legal action against Rincón de la Victoria’s town hall over a contract being offered for the management of the new indoor heated swimming pool. The group of 25 members claims there are breaches in the proposed procedure and says its allegations were rejected by the council. It is now calling for a precautionary suspension of the project.
