A large area of Granada was shaken by a level three earthquake on Tuesday evening. The epicentre was two kilometres below Santa Fe, immediately to the west of the capital, according to the National Geographical Institute. Although the emergency services received a number of calls and social media included many accounts of the earth movement, no injuries or damage have been reported.
