THE MEP from Luxemburg who has launched an initiative which would give Britons the chance to retain their EU citizenship has sent out an open letter to people who are backing his proposal.
Charles Goerens thanked all those who had expressed ‘support for my amendment 882’.
This calls for ‘associate EU citizenship’ for residents whose country withdraws from the European Union.
