The Valencia government has started the process to draw up a climate change and energy transition law.
The main aims of the legislation are a 40% reduction in carbon/contaminating emissions by 2030 and to produce all energy from renewable sources by 2050.
The law would bring ‘incentives and sanctions’, they noted.
