Regional government tools to help town halls regularise the situation of illegal homes and speed up urban development projects have been presented to mayors and council workers from the Vega Baja area in Rojales.
These procedures are designed to resolve a deep-seated problem in the Vega Baja, that of irregular homes on land classified as not for building.
