With birthday dates but eleven days apart it seemed only right that mother and daughter, Ros and Carie, should have a two-week long celebration here in the sun!
With caterers doing so well at Ros’ big birthday celebration we wanted to reciprocate and invite both Birthday Girls to our house for a smaller, but nevertheless equally delightful celebration dinner for Carie. Of course menu planning is key to such events so Claire and I got to work on planning a few days before and this, of course, included wine choices – essentially my job.
