RONDA’S iconic Puente Nuevo is closing to traffic next Monday, November 6, to allow for important improvements to water and sewage lines along the bridge, and will not reopen until December.

The town hall announced last week that the project, expected to take 40 days and being carried out at a cost of €100,000, will see the bridge cut to all traffic, including public transport and emergency service vehicles, from 8am next Monday.
