BEER starts flowing in a Costa Blanca town today (Friday) as it launches a three-day celebration of the German tradition of Oktoberfest – although some residents will be leaving town.
The Moraira event is officially opened at noon and runs until Sunday night but people living nearby – many of them pensioners – fear another year of sleepless nights with loud music blaring into the early hours from the marquee erected in the central public car park.
