Eighty people respond to town hall job listing for cemetery worker

A RATHER unusual job listing by Ronda’s local council has attracted a significant amount of attention amongst the town’s unemployed, with 80 applicants registering interest in working on the graves in the local cemetery.

The council held theory exams last Tuesday, November 8, to whittle down the candidates, with 50 taking part. Of those, 15 were selected for a practical exam, which took place this Wednesday at the local San Lorenzo cemetery.
