Four tiny puppies, which had been bundled into a sack, were dumped in a glass recycling container during the storm on Saturday night.
Fortunately, a member of the public sounded the alert and an Alicante provincial fire service team was able to rescue the animals.
They had to remove most of the bottles from the recycling container before they could safely extract the sack.

Hopefully the Spanish government start to put the new animal cruelty law into business and puts people to jail for these cruel behavior.
