A negotiation to prevent the construction of a housing development in Cala Mosca, and thus preserve the last virgin kilometre of Orihuela’s coastline, has been proposed by mayoress Carolina Gracia.
This would involve all the political parties on the council, the construction company and the regional government departments for the environment and town planning.
She assured this would exhaust all available political avenues.
