A BRITISH couple whose Mijas home was embargoed and sold at auction over a municipal tax debt have won a lawsuit against the town hall.
A Málaga court has declared the auctioning off of the home null and void, marking the first such ruling since investigations were launched last year into possible irregularities in the town hall’s auctioning of over 70 homes over similar tax debts.
