Around 19,000 speeding tickets issued in Málaga between 2010 and 2015 may be annulled, according to the European Motorists Association (AEA).
The independent non-profit body based in Madrid has claimed that an error was made by Tráfico six years ago leading to illegal sanctions being imposed.
