ROYAL VISIT
King Felipe and Queen Letizia will begin a three-day state visit to the UK on June 6. They will stay as guests of Queen Elizabeth at Buckingham Palace. The British and Spanish Royal Families are directly related through the 1906 marriage of Alfonso XIII of Spain to Princess Victoria Eugenia, granddaughter of Queen Victoria and great-grandmother of King Felipe.
