A Granada bar owner is facing 42 months in jail after nearby residents complained about excessive noise from his premises. Police who attended the scene in 2012 said that, inside their apartments, the sound “made the floor shake.” The city’s town hall has already fined the owner but the prosecutor is now considering complaints that the acoustic contamination caused anxiety and stress amongst neighbours.
