Local police in Rincón de la Victoria have identified three minors thought to responsible for starting a fire at the town’s municipal rubbish dump. The 12, 15 and 16-year-olds were spotted running from the scene near La Marina school after the outbreak on February 2, moments before a wooden building began to burn. Their case is being considered by the Minors’ Prosecutor.
