Benalmádena’s local council announced last week that €550,000 is to be invested in remodelling the Paseo del Generalife area in Arroyo de la Miel. The town’s mayor Victor Navas said that the renovation is one of the council’s “priority projects”, with work including changes to the flooring and accessibility improvements. The works contract is to be tendered shortly, and construction will continue into 2017.
